New Uzbekistan cotton standards – Grades Birinchi, Ikkinchi, Uchinchi and Turtinchi – have been adopted as the official ICA Bremen standards for Uzbekistan cotton.
The new standards, which were provided by SIFAT Uzbek Centre for Certification of Cotton and approved by the Quality Appeal Committee, replace the set effective from 28 October 2005. The official international value differences circular will be updated accordingly.
ICA Bremen holds the largest collection of worldwide Cotton Grade Standards, which represent the current crops of cotton grown in each country. They serve as a benchmark in international trading.
